We’d like to thank Mark Gray and Rosie Portillo for hosting an amazing meeting in their area, San Antonio. Everyone stayed at the lavish Hotel Contessa right in the middle of downtown San Antonio by the river walk. The river walk is full of restaurants, bars, and shops right a long a river that goes through the city. The first night there we all went to Acenar. Acenar’s mexican cuisine was very satisfying. After that most of the regionals had some time to hang out in the hotel bar. Saturday was the big meeting. Three offices were promoted out and we all celebrated afterwards at Tower of America. The restaurant inside revolves as you dine. Diners get a panoramic view of the city. After dinner some of us got bottle service at a nearby club and watched the Pacquiao vs. Marquez III fight. It was a great time.
On November 12th, 2011 Regional Managers from Synergy Expansion and Branch Managers from DSJ Management attended a Texas Area rally in San Antonio Hosted by SAS, Inc. During this meeting Branch Managers Daniel Sandoval and Sabrina Rodriguez opened to new offices in the Houston, TX Area. Congratulations to Amber, Leonel, Kevon, Andrea, Shandrika, Adrian, and Thomas for opening their doors. Your hard work has paid off and it is now time to pass on the opportunity that was given to you

Since September 1st, Charles Franks, Almond Dalisay, Kevin Cosentino, Diamond Richards, and Valerie Martinez opened their doors to a new location in Sacramento, CA. After spending time in San Jose at the Regional location they excelled in many ways. They were a major reason why the San Jose location won DC of the year for 2011. Congratulations to all of you again. We are proud of you! See you at the top!
Congratulations to Alejandro Garcia and Erika Dominguez for winning the coveted Rookie of the Year Award! We are so proud of you for being our first Rookie of the Year promotion! It was great to see people who worked out of Synergy Expansion to achieve this type of success. Owners from all over the west coast met up at the Westin in Costa Mesa, CA in South Coast Plaza. We’re excited to see that Synergy is ahead of the game again! So many college graduates are having a tough time finding a job these days. They accrue an incredible amount of debt from a college or university promising all the help in the world to find a job after they graduate. It seems that many have found themselves unemployed or underemployed. Synergy Expansion offers a chance for any person, regardless of background and education, to learn and become success. Best part, you won’t owe money for tuition.
Look at the last paragraph. “The solution? A better education system that informs students early about the jobs the workforce really needs. And flexible companies that are more willing to hire graduates with basic skills and then train them to fit the company’s needs before putting them on the job.”
Synergy’s doing their part. Good luck getting the universities to change what they’re doing.

Congratulations for the Big Hitters of the Big Z Dream Team Region. The day before our San Jose Rally, Regional Managers Evan and Liz of Synergy Expansion, took some of their “big hitter” branch owners to a day of wine tasting in beautiful Livermore Valley. Some special guests were Doug Zirbel of San Diego, Lexy Merritt, and Drew Wilson from North Carolina. We tasted various wines at some of the finest wineries in the area. We ended the day with a lavish dinner at the Wente Restaurant. It was a phenomenal day.
